HeilKraftOase, Ina Irmler, Herrengasse 13
Osteopathy in Crimmitschau:
expected from 2028.
I am currently training as an osteopath and expect to complete the course in 2028. Until then I do not offer osteopathic treatment at HeilKraftOase and cannot book appointments for it.
In training
The training runs alongside my practice. Completion is planned for 2028.
Not yet bookable
I will offer osteopathic treatment only after completing the training and obtaining the required licence.
Physiotherapy now
Physiotherapy exercise, manual therapy, lymphatic drainage and more are available now, with or without a prescription.

The method
What osteopathy is
Osteopathy examines and treats with the hands. It looks not only at the place that hurts, but also at tissue and structures that may be connected to it. No equipment, no medication.
In Germany osteopathy is not a regulated healthcare profession in its own right. Practising it independently requires, in addition to the training, a licence under the Heilpraktiker Act or a medical licence. I am working on this alongside the training so that I can treat osteopathically from 2028.
What it is used for
- Recurring back and neck problems
- Problems with no clear cause found
- Follow-on treatment once the prescription runs out
- Jaw joint problems
Where it stands
How it differs from physiotherapy.
Physiotherapy, available now
Prescribed by a doctor and billed to your health insurer. Scope and length are set on the prescription. I have offered this since August 2026.
Osteopathy, expected from 2028
Not prescribed but paid for privately. Some insurers contribute a share. It requires completing my training and the licence I am working towards in parallel.
