Not every complaint needs a trip to the doctor first, and not every insurer pays for what makes sense. As a private patient you can book directly, without a prescription and without waiting for a doctor’s appointment. I discuss with you beforehand what makes sense in your case. And if a medical check is needed, I say so.

With a prescription
If you have a prescription I bill your health insurer. Their rules on the length and number of sessions then apply.
Without a prescription
Without a prescription you pay for the treatment yourself. You receive the price before your first appointment, in writing. Private insurers reimburse depending on your policy, so please check with yours in advance.
